www.villasinthesun.co.uk was created as a result of an increasing demand by English residents who have decided to purchase property in Southern Spain, and did not wish to become involved in the organisation or advertising of their villa, but wanted to enjoy an income from their investment.

You can use our website to advertise your property 365 days of the year, and you will soon recognise that this is a fast, inexpensive and effective way of advertising and letting your property. With The Villas in the Sun website you can have the benefit of a professional service without having to pay a hefty commission to a rental agent.
Here at Villas in the Sun our aim is to make your life easier. With our combined expertise your long term goals and aspirations can be met, so why not look at our two types of programme to see which one suits you best.

Villas in the Sun offers two types of programmes:-

Website Hosting:

This programme offers the Villa owner the facility of advertising their villa on our website. Every enquiry regarding their villa is emailed to the owner, who then makes contact with the prospective client. There is a fixed one off charge of £125 to register with a renewable annual fee of £100.

Letting Agency;

Villas in the Sun has in place a letting agency programme which allows the villa owner to register on www.villasinthesun.co.uk, and will negotiate and arrange any lets on behalf of the villa owner. Flexibility is available for the owner's personal use within the programme, and all bookings are registered within the profile of each villas specification. All cleaning and laundry arrangements are an integral part of the letting package, and added facilities such has renting bicycles, hire cars, and boat excursions can be arranged whilst reserving your villa. Villas in the Sun does not arrange flights, but would assist in giving details of various discount airlines.

Both programmes are currently geared towards internet users only, who are looking to arrange their holiday, however Villas in the Sun is in the process of developing a catalogue for those who are not computer friendly. Either in or out of season, the rental costs are significantly below travel agency prices. With the increasing opportunity to book online flights via companies such as Easy Jet, and with our local knowledge of the Mar Menor, Villas in the Sun can offer a complete package for the consumer who can either book directly with the villa owner [HOSTING PACKAGE] or via Villas in the Sun letting facilities [LETTING PACKAGE].

ADVERTISING

Our advertising programme is targeted at local newspapers. This stance is primarily to entice the reader to link into our website www.villasinthesun.co.uk. Specific advertising for selected villas is left to the villa owner.

Finally, the spin off opportunity for those holiday makers who find the area to their liking, or who are looking for an investment, Villas in the Sun have the facilities in place to connect to a English speaking agency in this area with all the legal and management facilities required when purchasing abroad.
